Is this really free?
Yes. No credit card required. The community is free. We do offer paid programs for people who want deeper structured courses, but joining the community costs nothing.
Do I need equipment?
For the kettlebell track, you’ll need a kettlebell to practice. For mobility & movement, most work is bodyweight with a bit of floor space.
What if I’m a complete beginner?
Perfect. Everything includes regressions for beginners and progressions for advanced practitioners. Start where you are and build step-by-step.
How much time do I need?
As little or as much as you want. Watch the weekly videos (about 10–20 minutes), then practice on your schedule. Even 10 minutes of focused practice 2–3x/week adds up fast.
What if I miss a week?
No problem. The content stays posted. Catch up anytime or jump in wherever you want.
