Is this really free?
Yes. No credit card needed. No hidden fees. The community is 100% free. We occasionally offer paid programs for those who want to go deeper, but the community itself costs nothing.
Do I need equipment?
For the Kettlebell Challenge, you'll need a kettlebell to practice (8-12kg for women, 12-16kg for men). For the Mobility Challenge, most movements require no equipment—just your body and some floor space.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Perfect. Our challenges are designed with regressions for beginners and progressions for advanced practitioners. Start where you are.
How much time do I need?
As little or as much as you want. Watch the weekly videos (10-20 minutes), then practice on your own schedule. Even 10 minutes of focused practice 2-3 times per week will get you results.
Can I join even if I'm not doing the challenges?
Absolutely. The challenges are just one part of the community. Join for the coaching access, training discussions, seminar content, or to connect with other practitioners.
