Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of digital products and the instant access provided upon purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds on digital product purchases. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue delivering high-quality digital content and resources to all of our valued customers.

Course and Event Registration Refund Policy

Course and event registrations are non-refundable, as we allocate resources and make arrangements based on confirmed registrations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your course you may sell your spot and inform us of the change.

Cancellation by Agatsu Inc: In the rare event that we must cancel a course or event for reasons beyond our control, such as low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee to all registered participants. Agatsu Inc is committed to delivering the best learning experiences, and in such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or accommodate participants in another offering.

Participant Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a course or event for which you have registered you may transfer/sell your spot to another participant. Please inform us of this transfer. 

Apparel:All sales are final on clothing and other apparel. We can not accept returns for incorrect sizing. If there is a defect in the product please contact us upon receipt of your order.
