Swing Path & Counterbalance

Building on our last post.
Endurance Kettlebell Snatch

Working counterbalance, not from hips or back, but from shifting and leaning back from the feet.

As the weight increases, the further back the body has to lean to keep the barycenter over my feet.

Using a top-mounted camera, Iā€™m also able to check technique around fixation.

Working snatch from 20kg to 36kg presents challenges, but my goal is to stay with consistent technique (while increasing counterbalance).

It did break somewhat for the last few 36kg reps, but I blame my forgetting my chalk at home. More time under the bells! šŸ˜šŸ’ŖšŸ¤™
