Social media is full of influencers peddling “easy” ways to get what you want.
The latest go to amazing way to get a six pack is the Kettlebell around the body pass. While this move has its uses anyone touting it as the best way to a six pack has clearly dropped a kettlebell on their head a couple times.
Great results take great effort. If someone’s “fast and easy way” worked we would all be doing it.
If you want results then stick to tried and true exercises with high return. Be consistent in your training and be patient. It takes time to build something great.
