Senior Kettlebell Instructor
I have been involved in a variety of sports and activities all of my life. It all began at the age of eight when I started to enjoy long distance running. At the age of eleven, I was involved with army cadets for three years. This is where I started to compete in ski-biathlon and other competitive, aggressive and challenging games that came with it! I was always active in many sports in school but my first real passion in high school was rugby. We were city and provincial champions for five consecutive years! My passion for the health and fitness industry continued after graduation when I became personal trainer.
I have my Can-Fit Pro (Personal Training Specialist) and Agatsu level one and level two kettle bell certification. As well as a Kettlebell Sport (GS) Specialization Certification and have competed in various kettlebell sport competitions, earning the rank of CMS. I continue to study and look for workshops/certifications to increase my professional development in the health industry. On top of all of this, I am a mother of two beautiful children. I am excited and honoured to be part of the Agatsu Elite Team. I look forward in pushing you and myself to the next level!
