Jeanette Pearson is a Kettlebell Level 2 Senior Instructor with Agatsu Inc. She has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years doing and teaching everything from bodybuilding competitions to belly dancing and aerobics to CrossFit to weightlifting, until finally landing on the Agatsu system in 2011. It was then when she really started exploring kettlebells, bodyweight strength, joint mobility, and flexibility training. The training style and philosophy that Agatsu promotes strongly resonates with Jeanette and has had an enormous impact on her life both in and out of the gym. Having a beginner’s mind in everything you do, being humble, and working hard are time-tested traits that, if consistent, will lead to success and a better quality of life.
Fitness is a lot of things to a lot of people, but after having spent the better part of the last 25 years in gyms, Jeanette considers fitness, above all else and when practiced responsibly, to be a fundamental self-care tool. Being strong makes navigating daily life a little bit easier. Moving with ease makes things much more enjoyable. Having confidence in your body, both in what it can do and in how it looks, is a powerful feeling. She’s happy to share with you all the things that are contributing to her well-being but she’s not suggesting that this is what you SHOULD be doing. Only you know what’s best for you. However, if it any of this does resonate and you want to explore something new with like-minded people, she would love to work with you.
