This week’s Agatsu Movement Minute is brought to you by Senior Agatsu Instructor @sly.moves ・・・ This 'lil kettlebell combo targets glutes and hamstrings and will ask you to connect with them for a swing, clean, snatch and windmill. . Each move from the half-kneeling position challenges hips a bit more by bringing you closer to the ground. Swings, cleans, and snatches will feel totally different from there and MUST be done with the bell moving closer to your groin (incidentally, it should be there for all of those movements!) . .
