Grab a couple number plates and walk with a pinch grip.(increase distance for more challenging workout) . At the end of your farmers walk try some plate flips. . Remember “quick feet are happy feet” . @shawnmozen (careful not to drop the plate on your foot!!) . In the video we show a few different flip variations. You can alternate hands. Perform double two hand flips or even flip and catch single hand and try to lower the plate as slow as you can after your catch. . Tag a friend and give it a try. .
