Deadlifting is one of the most important foundational lifts you should be training for injury mitigation. It increases core stability, strength and improves your posture, which will help keep your shoulders, spine, and hips healthy and happy.
One of the most common issues with deadlifting we hear about is grip failure. "I could have lifted more, but my hands just let go."
Well you are only as strong as your weakest link, so let's kick off our deadlift month with fixing your grip.
