Master pull-ups, push-ups, ring dips, toes-to-bar, L-sits, strict muscle-ups, and handstands. Build raw strength with gymnastics fundamentals and refine your balance, rolling, and falling skills.
Lower Body Strength and Single-Leg Training:
Unlock a rock-bottom squat, refine deadlift variations, and build single-leg strength with exercises like pistols, lunges, and Cossack squats to correct imbalances and enhance control.
Self-Massage and Recovery Techniques:
