There are no Kettlebell "Styles"
Listen for more on the myth of styles..
I don't believe in kettlebell styles. Why limit yourself to someone's dogma or marketing? Techniques are tools toward an end. Depending on my students goals or mine we use different tools and different approaches. When considering high tension or high volume Kettlebell training we base our decisions on our clients needs. Which tool will help them fill blanks in their training? If you are flexible but lack strength we may introduce high tension to build foundation strength. If you Olympic lift and are good at getting tight we can introduce high volume to help you develop efficiency & the ability to relax and turn off unneeded tension. No dogma, no self imposed limitations.
