Lower Body Mobility Flow
This lower body mobility flow is great for anyone looking to open their hips and spine. By combining these exercises in a simple flow you are working in multiple areas such the groin, back hip capsule, hip flexors as well as working into spinal extension and rotation.
Move from Cossack Squat to Pigeon with spinal twist and then back to Cossack Squat. This is one of the movement complexes taught at the Agatsu Lower Body Mobility and Movement Instructor Certification & is a great hip and back opener for gymnastics,weightlifting,running,yoga, bjj and mma.
