Agatsu Movement Challenge Week 47
Each week we will release a new video movement challenge on our blog and Instagram accounts. These movements are not simply show off tricks that have become so popular on social media but rather they are meant to shine a light on your personal practice. We truly are only as strong as our weakest links and you need to challenge yourself to try new movements to discover what those weak links are. While many people are frustrated by movements that they can’t perform their reaction should be of joy since their new discovery if trained properly will lead them to even greater potential. So lets all train together and take the Agatsu Movement Challenge.
Agatsu Movement Challenge Week 47! "For he,who has gained control over his breath, shall also gain control over the activities of the mind."This weeks Agatsu #movementchallenge is "Nauli". This challenging exercise is practiced by many #yogis as a form of abdominal massage & has a variety of benefits. If you want to learn how to move better and gain greater control over your body then starting with your breath & centre are an ideal place to begin. The top right frame shows how to vacuum the first step. The second step (bottom right frame) you vacuum & then push out your abs while keeping the sides in. In the left frame you see the combination of vacuum, press and then roll. Once you can roll try ten one direction & 10 in the other on 1 breath. HOW DID YOU DO?
