To Get the Most from This Community:
The real value comes from engagement. Post your questions as you practice. Share what's clicking (or what's not). Submit videos for form feedback. Comment on the Saturday Q&A topics you want covered.
The more you participate, the better your results will be. This works best when you're active, not just watching from the sidelines.
The 4-Week Plan
Each week focuses on one fundamental movement pattern:
Week 1: The Swing - The foundation of all ballistic kettlebell work
Week 2: The Clean - Racking position and safe bell transitions
Week 3: The Snatch - Full overhead power and coordination
Week 4: The Windmill - Mobility, stability, and body control
By the end of 4 weeks, you'll have command of the four core kettlebell movements. Not just "I can do them," but proper form you can build on.

- Systematic progression instead of random workouts
- Full tutorials with troubleshooting, not 60-second clips
- Direct coaching feedback on your form and technique
- Community accountability and support
- Focus on skill building, not just "crushing workouts"
This isn't about entertainment. It's about getting better.
