Yes, you will get 7 days and 8 nights in one of the world's most hidden gems. Surrounded by lush mountains, streaming waterfalls, and secluded beaches. Samana is a stunning treasure that sits on the northeast peninsula of the Dominican Republic, and it has the reputation of being “The fairest land on the face of the earth.”

Villa Serena has twenty-one spacious deluxe rooms, all with a large private terrace, a hammock and rocking chairs, and a stunning ocean view. A small island floats just in front of you while the waves break around it on never-ending coral reefs.
Each room has a different theme, mood, and charm and is decorated with meticulous attention to detail, reminiscent of Victorian style. You are welcome to share with us your preference between a room with a king-size bed and the one with two full-size beds.
Our hotel atmosphere will inspire you to relax, read, honeymoon, meditate, write, paint, create, daydream…or just relish the sights, the sounds, and the smells.
You can also explore our beautiful surroundings and enjoy a hike, a bike ride, a boat trip, kayaking, snorkeling or scuba diving, a horseback ride, or a zip line adventure.

There will be one group pick up on Feb 15, 2024.
You can fly into either Santo Domingo SDQ Airport (3 hour scenic drive)
Or Samaná El Catey International Airport AZS (1 hour drive)
Group pick up times will be determined once we have everyone's flight information.
Check In Feb 15 is 3pm.
Check Out Feb 23 is 10am

*Participants may cancel before Oct 31st, 2023 and receive a refund minus a 25% processing fee. Before Dec 1st, 2023 and receive a refund of 50%.
No refunds will be issued after Jan 1st, 2024, but you may sell your spot.

- Cash for your extras and tips you wish to give. We will pool tips at the end of the week for the resort staff. But it is suggested you tip your driver and excursion guides.

Travelers packing for the Dominican Republic can make a difference in the community by bringing donations to one of many charity groups or non-profit organizations in the Caribbean.
Voluntourists in the Dominican Republic can help communities in need by giving to education non-profit groups in the area. Visitors can donate school supplies including notebooks, storybooks, writing utensils, and educational posters. Visitors interested in responsible tourism and helping wellness service projects can donate to the Veron Clinic. This clinic works to improve the health conditions of under-served people in the surrounding area. They accept medical donations, including surgical thread, latex gloves, bandages, and over-the-counter painkillers.
